WHO ARE MY MENTORS?
The Emotional Intelligence tools and techniques taught by Sebastián Landa Z were primarily learned from many top mentors. Among them are the world’s #1 specialist in human behavior, Dr. John F. Demartini, the FBI’s top negotiator for 26 years, Chris Voss, along with a combination of mentors throughout his life. Sebastián began his career in consulting with the Demartini Institute at the early age of 16 and continues to train to this day.
WHO IS SEBASTIAN?
Sebastián Landa Zorrilla was fortunate to be born into a family with a lineage dedicated to human development. His family heritage included educators on both his father’s and mother’s sides, with both of his grandmothers teaching sexual education in the 1960s.
As the son of a prominent lawyer and professor at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and a philosopher graduated from UDEM with two master’s degrees in human development and systemic family therapy, he learned from an early age to question others and himself.
Having the privilege of receiving a private education from a young age, at 13 he met his mentor and now friend, the world’s #1 human behavior specialist, Dr. John F. Demartini.
Being an emotionally unstable child, he immersed himself intensely in applying Dr. Demartini’s methodologies, becoming a facilitator of the Demartini Method at the age of 16.
Embarking on a refined path of self-discovery and service, Sebastián complemented his research and future publications with more mentors, such as Chris Voss, the FBI’s most prominent kidnapping negotiator for 26 years.
Sebastián has now been professionally giving consultations and public speaches for over 12 years, establishing his own company, Dragon Consultations.
